How are you involved in education?
- I am an elementary Art Teacher, and a District Fine Arts Chair. I see the art classroom as a special place in a school. We cultivate creativity, problem solving, and design thinking. I get to teach art while integrating other subjects, my favorites are science and technology.
What does your ideal school or classroom look like?
- My ideal classroom allows for students to work as individuals or in small groups. Focusing on creativity while pushing the boundaries, and digging deep.
